When is One Shenton expected to TOP?

I understand CDL launched One Shenton at prices above S$1700-1800. As such, have investors profited from this project?

If someone were to come in now, what is his expected return in 1-2 years time?

Does this project have potential compared to 76 Shenton, Lumiere, Clift (with last 2 TOP soon)? What is the investment horizon?

Lastly, what is the expected psf rental in this project upon TOP?

Hi,

One Shenton, if you drive pass One Shenton you can see that the facade is different from any other condos in the vicinity. It give an impression of Class and Luxury. Nevertheless, the asking PSF around $2000psf is indeed a far cry from neighbours project transacting at 2500psf-3000+psf easily.

This project in my views, you may have to take a mid term look. Presently I have a urgent seller of high floor unit willing to let go $2080psf, for 2 bedrom of 1141sf.
